I’ve been listening to RX 93.1 today and its a wednesday so they play songs mostly from the 80’s-90’s. They played the song If Your Not Here by menudo. And i was laughing so hard alone as I remembered growing up listening to this song. HAHAHA!

I had a huge crush with Robby Rosa when i was like 5-6 years old bwhahahah! And I remember my mama (lola) knowing that I blush everytime I see menudo on TV and she bought a tape and a minus one and play it everyday and lure me to sing the song LOL!  she gave me the mic and let me sing my lungs out while she was dictating the lyrics from behind bwhahahahh! This was the first song I sang in mic and the first one I memorized. She even recorded  me singing in a tape and sent it to my mom that time coz she was working abroad. i think I still have those tapes back at home. When there were occasions like xmas parties in school she made me sing this everytime and i usually have 2 performances LoL! One was this song and a hawaiian dance number nyahahahha =))! My lola talaga she made uto me so much nung araw hahaha I love her so much LoL!

Here’s the video of the song and I swear when you watch the one with the song’s music video “ITS SO GAY!” hahaha. When they played the song in RX I thought I forgot the lyrics but boy I was so wrong. It really showed that I memorized it by heart even if it was ages ago and i cant believe that it’s still stored somewhere in my memory bank hahaha.

The 2nd video is the song’s music video and nyahaha grabe sa puberty days ha ramdam na ramdam LOL!  Swear tawa ako ng tawa! I even got jealous of Leah Salonga that time coz she had the opportunity to sing with them and there were rumors that she had a thing with Im not realy sure but I think it was with Robbie  Rosa or Ricky Martin, I cant really recall. HAHAHA!

Here’s another song I remember, and this gave me a good laugh as well, hahahahahhha where do I start? There is all out gayness in this video LoL! The shasseys, kick-ball-change , the shoulder pads, the tuck-ins, the jumps bwhahahaha and the very disturbing yellow hanging shirt LOLzzzzz!!!!! I have to admit though Ricky Martin was really cute & fresh hahaha…

There you have it, my flashback to the 80’s LOL!

Smart Plug N’ Talk Personal Review

I finally got my own Smart Plug N’ Talk unit. And there you see it’s actual size.

It comes along with the following:

• Plug n’ Talk USB device
• Travel Pouch
• Earphone & Microphone
• Your free SMART Pinoy SIm

• Free P20 Smart Load

Here is my personal review of this device and I’m gonna start with the negative review since it really pissed me off LoL!

1. The USB is kinda big compared to the normal USB devices - I had a hard time inserting it on my laptop since my 2 usb laptop ports are beside each other. I had to take out my mouse’s usb to insert Smart USB properly and fit. I just placed my Smart usb on my Desktop Computer instead  to solve this problem.

2. Load - You can load your smart plug N talk with call and text scratch cards, online e-load ( like load central ), Smart Money ( i dont really know how this works hehe). YOU CANNOT LOAD USING P30, P50, P100 loads ( if there are such denominations ), like the one who’s selling loads using their celphone na “tingi” load. 300 load is the lowest price in Smart Plug N’ Talk.

I had a hard time figuring out what my own number is so I texted my friend and asked her to text my number back to me LoL! But if ever somebody purchased the unit for you, tell them to send you the reciept as well. You can find your Celphone Number in your Official receipt.

To load your Smart Plug N’ Talk do the following:

On your Smart Plug N’ Talk, dial 1510 + PIN and press CALL.

A voice recording will confirm if the load attempt is successful.

Balance inquiry is possible by texting ?1515 to 214 or voice call to *888

BABALA:

Para hindi magaya sa katangahan ko, isaksakt ang earphone/microphone SA USB  ng Smart Plug N’ Talk at Hindi sa saksakan ng mic at earphone ng PC. Nyahahahha XD.

Additional Info/review:

- Mejo may prob ako sa audio ng Smart  Plug n’ Talk sa pc, so far sa earphone lang ang audio, pag inalis ko na ang earphone para speaker mode sha so i can hear the ringing much better mejo ayaw gumana saken, walang sounds sa mga kelangan ng sounds pag speaker mode. I tested this in my 2 laptops and Desktop all xp, havent tested it in my vista pc though. Ano kaya ang problem? hmmm…

- I cant send to 2299. (GRRRRRR, hindi tuloy ako makatxt sa RX93.1 amfefe)

 

Francis Magalona Passed Away =(

Another lost in the music industry, Francis Magalona passed away March 6, 2009 around 12noon. He was diagnosed of lukemia last year 2008. Condolences to the people he left behind.

I wish it was as simple as that LOL. I so love this song, It reminded me of the days when I was still in AEPSA together with those talented music instructors i was with. I loved Sir Anthony’s arrangements and I wish I was one of his students when they had this for their song piece. Instead I got stuck with Sir Rufo’s Close to You, All my Lovin and Love Me with all of my heart. HAHAHA peace SIr Rufo but I really hated our line up back then LOL!

Heres the song with a girl I dont really know who but made me sleepy but nevertheless has a  seductive good voice. LOL!

Here’s another one na sana kaya ko kantahin. Kasalanan ni vince to amp naging LSS tuloy hahaha. Pero buti nalang kase at least naalala ko. TY Vince :p

Now let me try doing these songs. HAHAHA…
