hello po. may question ako. nde ako overstay pero i need to apply for a spouse visa before my present tourist visa expires (april 9, 2009). ano po yung mga requirements saka where do i get them?

good pm I have no idea what papers you need po, pero from what i heard the best way to know is to call the immigration and ask them, or make time to visit them and ask for the requirements para mapalitan nila ng spouse visa ang tourist visa mo po.

If you got married in japan baka hingin po nila ang ROM and birthcertificate po ninyo kosekitohon etc…

Call or Go to your nearest immigration office and dun nalang po mag ask kasi po I just posted this entry based from my own experience when I was still applying for my visa:D

hi,,ask ko po pmunta po ako japan my nagpalakad po kasi sa akin tourist visa and 3monts po un dapat po uuwi nko pinas kc masama poun lagay ng papa ko..and kailangan operahan…kaya nag deside po me na mag over stay,,,ngaun po nahuli me sa omise na pinagtatrabahuhan ko..and dat tym buntis me sa bf ko hapon,,,di naman po kasi me chineck ng nurse sinabi kona po un na buntis nga po me 1 month e bnali wala po ng nurse…ngaun poun bf ko magpapakasal na kmi gusto po nya sa japan me maganak my pasibilidad po bana makabalik me ng mabilis sa japan for the sake of baby…kasi nahihirapan napo ako mag buntis tapos di ko pa kasama un asawa ko….nakikiusap po ako…

gd pm,po ask ko lng po kong pano po ba kong naoverstay po ako sa japn tapos nahuli po ako pero kinasal din po ako sa loob ng imigation,tapos po hindi ako nabigyan ng visa pinauwi po ng pilipinas ngayon po isang taon na po kami kasal ng asawa kong japanese.pano po ba ako makabalik ulit sa japan.gusto na po naming magkasama…

I have been an overstay for 4 years na I got married to a japanese girl april 2 last year then sumurender ako sa Tokyo Regional Immigration sa Shinagawa last october sumulat kami sa immigration dahil sa tagal but last nov 1 last year tumawag sila but unfortunately hindi ko nasagot ang phone and nag left na lang sila ng message saying tatawag na lang sila ulit now february na ala pa rin tawag my wife wrote again to the immigration last January pero wala pa rin response ang immigration well my question is in this kind of situation how long will it take na mabigyan ng spouse visa

sometimes pagmatagal sla bago tumawag ulit there maybe a chance na mag-check sila sa bahay mismo and check your house if you and your wife are really together…

sa case ko kase it only took 3 months before i rcvd a call from them, they just asked a few questions then told me when to come back, that was the time i rcvd my visa =)

nag overstay ako sa japan then last may 2009 napauwi ako sa pilipinas, ban ako sa japan for 5 years as a penalty pero my boyfriend akong japanese at balak naming magpakasal this year dito sa pilipinas my possibility ba na bumaba ang penalty ko? my nakausap akong overstay filipina din sya dati sa japan tas ng umuwi sya dito nagpakasal sila ng bf nyang hapon in less than 1 year na approve ang visa nya at nakabalik din sya agad sa japan. kaso matagal na un. ganun pa rin ba ang policy ng japan?
