Thirty one…
September 30, 2010Birthdays always use to irritate me. Well, it still does. All the hassles and preparation before that “special” day would really and I mean really drag your energy down.
But everything changed; well not really change. I still feel all those things but now its kinda diffrent I guess. I’m thankfull for having friends around me and for the people who really care for me.
But most of all, I thank my mom for giving birth to me, even though times were really tough when she got pregnant 31 years ago she still had me. She could have easily gave me to my father but she kept me instead, I’m glad she did…I love you mommy, and I wouldnt exchange you for anything in the world.
moron…..
March 7, 2010At nagpayakuza pa? lelz…..ikaw na tong ubod ng chismosa ikaw pa may lakas ng loob mag-gaganyan? you should be ashame of yourself =))
hontou ni baka da ne :p
zenzen chigau ne =/
March 5, 2010Just talked with somebody last 2 days ago….what she taught us about manner was really good and i agree with every word she said sometime ago…When someone asks us about somebodys personal life, just say “i know nothing about that”; the conversation ends there and you wouldnt be meddling with other peoples lives…I totally agree with this! THIS IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!
But when I quit my job there, rumors started comming up from everywhere, I kept quiet…but something came out again; I’m a very patient person when it comes to this but I just have a feeling this wont stop unless I do something…I went to her place and talked to her, and guess what! All the crap about the manner she taught us just went out the window! well i guess its just applicable while youre working with her.
All the things she said was true ( according to her), thats her reason. When somebody comes and asks her about me she tells them the TRUTH! what happened to the “I-know-nothing” rule? so what now? If somebody asks me about my ex co-workers personal life I can tell them the TRUTH that easy? jeezzz! Define chismis!
Firts of all YOU HAVE NO RIGHT to tell other people What I am, What I do and Where I am! theres just no need for it! YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ME! You may know tidbits of info about me but putting those infos together doesnt make it TRUE! You’ll just be crafting a lot of bullshit when you do that! God why should I have to deal with such a moron!
Laugh time…
February 26, 2010After all thats been said to me regarding my personal life, I still found a way to laugh out my day…thanks to chico’s blog and the morning rush for having this top10:

my fake bday party…
September 19, 2009I just celebrated my 1st fake bday party last thursday, well i guess everything went well enough…i have this hard time calling guests coz they always have so many reasons not to come but hey, its not like i can force them to…3 of them came and one of them made this really delicious choco cake, it was so delicious and too bad they served it to the guests that night, jeezzz….i requested for that flavor too, they usually give strawberry cakes to celebrants which i dont really get why of all the flavors on earth they had to stick to one lousy straberry flavor, it just gets into my nerves…lelz
Recieved two bouquets of roses, yes! roses that looked really really expensive, i wished they just handed me the money instead than buy roses that would die in just days..lelz…anyway im just glad 17 is over and my real bday wont be a big fuss anymore…
We’re gonna transfer house tomorrow, and its gonna be a very very busy day i guess…have so many things to do and so little time…even deciding what to do with my life seems like a pain but for now saving is the easiest plan that i have…yes you read it right, plan! I hope next month would be a lot more easier….
Please langggg, wag nyo ko pagastusen mashado..hehehe…apir!

You robbed me 5years of my life locking me away from everyone I know and now you’ll leave me with nothing but a broken pride.
I love you but after all the lies, you don’t deserve happiness, its time for you to know how I feel.

Immigration revision set to be passed (japan news)
June 21, 2009Immigration revision set to be passed
Compromise paves way for state-issued foreigner cards
The ruling and opposition camps have revised a contentious set of immigration bills in a way that increases government scrutiny of both legal and illegal foreign residents while extending additional conveniences, according to a draft obtained Thursday by The Japan Times. Legislators from the Liberal Democratic Party-New Komeito ruling bloc and the Democratic Party of Japan
The revised bills, expected to be passed Friday by the Lower House, “The bills are well made. Foreigners obeying the law will be treated better,” said Hidenori Sakanaka, director general of the Japan Immigration Policy Institute, a private think tank. Sakanaka headed several of the government’s local immigration offices, including the Tokyo bureau. According to the draft, authority for managing foreign residents will shift from municipalities to the Immigration Bureau, allowing it to consolidate all personal information collected from foreign residents, including type of visa and expiration date. Documented foreigners will be given more conveniences, including five-year visas and permit-free re-entry as long as they return within a year. Undocumented foreigners, however, will have to keep in hiding, request special permits to stay, or face deportation. To prevent illegal residents who have legitimate reasons for staying from being deported, the bills state that the Justice Ministry, which oversees the Immigration Bureau, must clarify and announce the standard for granting such permits so illegal residents will be motivated to turn themselves in. “We have to make sure overstaying foreigners who are behaving as good citizens as ordinary Japanese will not have to be deported or go underground,” said DPJ lawmaker Ritsuo Hosokawa, who helped draft the bills in the Lower House “We need these bills to be enacted. We need to know how many foreigners there are and where they live. So consolidating information into the Justice Ministry is necessary,” Hosokawa said. The draft also says a new form of identification called a “zairyu” (residence) card will replace the current alien registration cards, and the personal information and code numbers on them will be given to “the justice minister.” The bills also have a provision to prevent the ministry from using that data improperly, a decision that was made to ward off criticism that “the minister” could abuse the zairyu card number to violate foreigners’ privacy. But no penalty for such abuse was listed. The practice, dubbed data-matching, was outlawed by the Supreme Court The provision says “the justice minister” must limit the use of foreign residents’ personal information to the minimum required for managing such residents and that the information must be handled with care to protect the rights of individuals. But no penalties or methods for enforcing such compliance are listed in the bills. In addition, foreign residents will also be required to be listed on Juki Net, the contentious nationwide resident registry network that lists data on all Japanese residents in each municipality. On the other hand, the Immigration Bureau will tighten control of foreign residents by stripping away their residential status if they fail to report changes in address, marital status or workplace within three months. No regulations for that exist under current law. In addition, those who fail to report such changes within 14 days or are found not carrying their zairyu cards could be hit with a ¥200,000 fine, the same regulation as the current law. To crack down on fake marriages, the bills allow the justice minister to cancel the residential status of foreigners holding spouse visas who have not conducted “normal spousal activities,” such as living together, for six months without legitimate reason. Legitimate reasons include things like domestic violence, Hosokawa said. The bills also say, however, that foreigners who lose their spouse visas for such reasons should be made eligible to receive other types of visas. Special permanent residents, who are typically of Korean or Taiwanese descent, will not have to carry special permanent resident cards, but will still need to possess them. Special permanent resident status is normally given to people who moved to Japan from the Korean Peninsula and Taiwan during Japan’s colonial rule in the early 20th century, and lost their Japanese citizenship due to peace treaties, The bills also state that the government is to review the new immigration law Paperwork on foreign residents, including changes of status and renewal of their alien registration cards, are usually handled by their municipalities. If the new law is enforced, they will have to go to the nearest immigration office to handle everything except for changes of address, which will still be handled by their municipalities.
hammered out the bills to reach a balance on how the estimated 110,000 undocumented foreigners living in Japan should be tracked. Currently, municipalities issue alien registration cards and provide public services to foreigners, even if they know they are overstaying their visas.
will abolish the Alien Registration Act and revise the immigration control and resident registration laws with sweeping changes that put information on foreign residents completely in the hands of the central government.
Justice Committee.
in regard to its use on Japanese citizens.
and their descendants.
and make necessary changes within three years after it comes into force. If enacted, the new law take force within three years after it is announced.
the wirdo part of my brain…
June 10, 2009I cant sleep, I keep thinking of the things that transpired a week ago; I just couldnt understand why a 45yr old man would do anything stupid without even thinking of what may happen when things go wrong. Jeezzz, major stupidity alert….he reminds me of my dad and I’m hating him even more…
Sometimes I envy people like this…here I am anticipating the worst possible scenario that can happen and squeeze my brains out thinking of the best solutions I can come up with when that time comes. Then people like this just do things without thinking ahead and just literally segway themselves into anything, as in reach and grab hold the easiest but stupidest solution and reason the human race can ever hear of.
I dont really know which is better, all I know is, its just so tiring being me and it sucks to be him…
hoe down LoL =))
June 6, 2009Ok it seems like im ok but really I’m not sure anymore..anyway for those who know whats going on in my retarded life thanks for listening and for those who still dont know what’s going on, well maybe nextime, I’ll say it eventually or even blog about it someday but not now…It’s still not clear and I still dont know if it would be ok in the long run or not…anyway enough about that…And to those who’ll be asking me “Kamusta?” this is all I have to say, ” Life gets suckier by the day and I’m dealing with it… ” dont let me elaborate pls..LOL =))…

PAPERS NEED TO PREPARE BY FILIPINO
•RYOKEN (Passport)
•GAIKOKUJIN TOUROKUSYO (Alien Registration Card)
Better to download the APPLICATION FORM and the GUARANTEE LETTER and fill-up it before going to the immigration. Meron mga sample documents din on how to fill-up it. Para di na kayo magsulat don dahil it will take time. Pagdating nyo sa immigration is kuha lang kayo ng number then wait for your number to be call.
On your application of it, wala kang babayaran at first. After submitting the necessary documents, pwede ka ng umuwi and just wait for the HAGAKI or post card na manggagaling sa immigration. Kapag dumating na ang letter na yon, go back to the immigration to get the result. This is the time that you must pay about 4,000 YEN kung naaprobahan ang application mo. Sa application form, meron part don kung ilang taon ang gusto mong i-extend. You can put 1 or 3 years if you like. Pero ang ibinibigay na extension now is kadalasan one (1) year. Lucky ka na pag nabigyan ka ng three (3) years extension.
I think I have the downloadble application form found here . Now I have to find the guarantee letter form…I’m looking for it right now..I’ll be updating this post later…
These would come in handy I hope:
Zairyu Koshin (i dunno what this is) - its in japanese I cant read it…
